read my mind

So I took my IPPT yesterday... with surprising results. Nope, I didn't pass. I did however, do rather well in my other stations, besides my bane: the standing broad jump. So I'm pretty happy. Will have to retake that station though. Ah, never mind. Oh but I injured my ankle I think. Ouch. Can't walk very well, but I hope it gets better soon.

Perhaps learning to master the standing broad jump is like learning to fly...

The final episode of the Harry Potter series has been released, and everyone is scrambling to finish the book. One of the reasons why: because there're people who simply relish knowing who dies, and aren't hesitating to shut up about it.

Reading, for most of us, is a very private act. We need the suspense to lead us to read further; suspense allows us to guess and find out if we're right or wrong. A book is a journey, and I'm sure most would like to take the entire journey, rather than finding out major plot points from someone's MSN nick. Please respect the sanctity of reading; don't spoil the story for those of us who have invested emotionally in the series. Just refrain from discussing the novel unless you know that others around you are okay with it. Do yourself and others a favour...

Heh. I probably sound like a nerd. But whatever. People are seriously pissing me off. I don't know what kind of joy they take in spoiling the stories for others. It may not matter to you but I'm sure it does to others. Thank you.
