2 movies in 2 days...
Little Miss Sunshine and Strange Days.Howe Yuan, Kaiquan and I decided, on a whim to rent the former and watch at my place. I'm glad we did. The movie is really funny, with some 'Oh My God' moments, and features a quirky group of family members, which makes for quirky family relations. Real good.
Strange Days is a movie I'm supposed to watch as my literature reading for this week... heh. The movie was made in 1995, and set in December 1999. The premise of the movie is kinda sci-fi, but the movie calls into question the nature of literature and also human nature. A long but intense two-and-a-half-hour film, Strange Days packs loads of action and well, loads of cussing too. Angela Bassett sizzles in this. Hehe.
Acting is fun. On Friday, I enacted a scene with Peggy for our Theatre Studies practical. I hope I acted well. Heh. I played a selfish bastard, whose vision is limited to his own struggles. We were informed of our project too. Hope I get to do something challenging and fulfilling.
