Okay, time to post... heh. Sentosa was pretty fun, except for some little incidents and accidents... hehe.
Yingzhi and Jeanette were trying to open a bottle of Strawberry Daiquiri by knocking the cap on a rock. So, I went to help them... and the bottle exploded in my hand. Hahaha... thankfully I wasn't cut anywhere (phew), but I'd gotten the drink splashed on me! The smell was kinda bad (I don't drink alcohol), so I immediately went into the water. Sorry Yingzhi... wasted your money... heh. Actually, this incident isn't very deeply etched in my mind... wonder why.
We also kayaked... Howe Yuan with Kaiquan and Cindy with me. I must admit I was a little worried about partnering Cindy because she was quite afraid (it being her first time), and I was scared I wouldn't be able to allay her fears... Luckily, we did quite well, which is not exactly what I can say for Howe Yuan and Kaiquan... Their kayak must have had too much water in it, so they kept capsizing. Well, it's good that Cindy and I didn't get that kayak, or she'd be traumatised for life. Okay, so I exaggerate... heh.
Oh that's all I remember really... Oh ya we went to Sakae Sushi for dinner... and had New Zealand Ice-Cream... only me though... ordered the ice-cream until they all decided not to buy because of bad service... hahaha. I had to smuggle that ice-cream on the mini-bus that brought us to the departure centre. Oh ya, I remember Kaiquan falling down... what he said shall remain confidential for fear of his reputation being tainted... hehehehe...
Bottomline, this outing was so great because all of us were there. Except Wenwei... miss that girl. Anyway, I really had fun with everyone there... we're all getting closer to each other... I can't help but think of the way we can talk across the table while another conversation's going on... and I'm also reminded of Kaiquan and Joy talking reaal fast about Tony Parson's (I think that's his name) books. I can't remember who said it, Cindy or Yingzhi, but she said, 'Is it just me, or are they talking really fast?' We all turned to the two of them and there they were, going on and on... not that it was a bad thing. Hmm, maybe we could get a book club started... heh.
Oh this has been a long post, and I think I'll end it here... with a little thank you to you guys... Howe Yuan, Kaiquan, Joy, Yingzhi, Cindy and dear Jeanette. It's been fun with all of you, and I'm looking forward to years more of bitching, babbling and cursing... Thanks.
